We schedule shoots Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm (winter) or 8am–6pm (summer). For all other inquiries, we're available Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Messages received after hours are answered the next business day.

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for most photography packages. Larger productions, video, and cinematic edits may take longer, and we'll always confirm your delivery timeline when you book.

Yes. All of our drone operators are FAA Part 107 licensed with current certifications, and Inhabit Media is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.
