  • What are our hours?

    We schedule shoots Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm (winter) 6pm(summer). If you need to reach us for any other reason, we are available Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Any calls, texts, email or other inquires received after these hours will be addressed the next business day.

  • What is our cancellation policy?

    We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. To ensure the best service for everyone, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation is made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing us for your photography needs, and we look forward to capturing your moments with care and professionalism.

  • How do you prepare your property for the shoot?

    Please read our Property Readiness Guide thoroughly. It will make the process for our photographers much easier and ensure you receive the best possible photos/videos.

  • Do you have a guarantee ?

    Yes! We fully stand behind our work. If there is an issue and we cannot fix it, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.

  • Who owns rights to the content?

    All of the media is owned by Inhabit Media, you are licensed to use it on any platform (including but not limited to: website, mls, Airbnb). It is unlawful to resell our content without our expressed consent.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    All of our drone operators are licensed under the FAA part 107 with a current certifications. We are fully insured, proof of insurance available upon request.
