I'm Charlie Stewart, founder and lead photographer of Inhabit Media.

Two very different kinds of training taught me the same lesson. As a Navy veteran, I learned that precision and preparation aren't optional — they're the difference between a mission that works and one that doesn't. When I moved into photography and videography, I brought that same discipline to every shoot. But I kept noticing something the industry got wrong: property owners had great locations, real amenities, and fair pricing — and their listings still underperformed. The problem was never the property. It was the story the photos were telling.

That's the gap I built Inhabit Media to close. I didn't want to run another company that just fills a gallery with nice images. I wanted to build a team and a system — one that shows value, builds trust, and makes a guest or buyer feel like they already belong there before they've booked.

Today I still lead every project as lead photographer, but I don't do it alone. Inhabit Media is a team — photographers, editors, and licensed drone operators — all working to the same standard I set on day one: meticulous attention to detail, close collaboration, and genuine care for your space.
